Our Support Packages

Our support packages cover both standard websites and content management systems (CRM’s) as well as custom web applications or web application frameworks. The support packages are broken down into three main packages.

  1. Bronze Package
    This is our most basic package and covers all the essentials.
  2. Silver Package
    This package includes all the features of the bronze package plus additional content changes.
  3. Gold Package
    This includes all the features of the silver package with additional support hours for content changes.

All our support packages cover the following sections of support:

  1. Website Backups
    We do a 14 day retention backup plan for your website.
  2. Website Updates
    Framework, Addons, Plugins as well as Themes are updated on a regular basis.
  3. Security Analysis
    Website logs are checked and security tweaks (where necessary) are recommended and pending approval are implemented.
  4. Support Query
    All support packages have several mediums by which to request support. Below are the main mediums by which you can choose to engage with us for support on your website.
